Start simple and then create bigger projects as you become more experienced with flash making.
If you're into game making, modify current games like Pac Man and change the levels up a bit to your own style.
Don't worry if no ideas pop into your head. Watch and play games on Newgrounds and ideas will slowly begin to fill your head. ;)
